31 Bible Verses to Give You Hope: From Worry to Truth

There will always be something for us to worry about. Something will always be out of our control. There will always be problems.

Shifting our attention away from our worries and trials and onto God’s Word is always helpful. Here are several verses to encourage our hearts today.

Matthew 28:20b ESV “And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age..”

I Corinthians 15:58 ESV “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.”

2 Corinthians 2:14 NASB 1995 “But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.”

Philippians 4:8 ESV “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”

Colossians 4:6 NASB 1995 “Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.”

2 Peter 1:12 NASB 1995 “Therefore, I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them, and have been established in the truth which is present with you.”

Our world may feel out of control today. Let’s shift our focus from what is in front of us and instead for what God has for us. He has peace. He has purpose. He is there for us! Let’s live these truths in our lives right now.
